Se alle anmeldelseneMy first time, and got to say that it felt like a proper functional strength training class and a proper ride class at the same time, with 23 minutes-ish dedicated time for each with only one switch. Having tried Run and the usual ignite class, I think this one was definitely my favorite, with good strength exercises that push you. Starting out with the strength training really gets the heart pumping for the ride, so I’d recommend starting there if this is what you’re looking for.

Katariina was one of the few Barry’s instructors (that I have met so far) who actually went a bit further with her coaching than just giving us compliments. She showed options and explained which muscle groups we were training and gave a few technique cues for the exercises but also for the running on the treadmill — that was great! The space is super, well organised, clean and motivating.
