Equally as fun and challenging depending on where the body’s at, with stellar instructions to place and correct oneself accordingly. Her teaching style is clear, calm, and encouraging, allowing the class to flow seamlessly while still providing a solid challenge. The session was well structured, with smooth transitions and a great balance of strength, control, and mobility work.
