Se alle anmeldelseneAbsolutely amazing. I come for the satsang. Absolutely amazing guru like teacher Eva. She is firm, gentle and does the best concious assists. Acknowledging everyone in the room. The shala was extra warm from hot yoga before which felt nice. Very wonderful practice with great awereness ques Eva makes it easy to stay present and the practice is internally challenging and often brings me to a state of bliss in body and holistically, during and days after. So knowledgeable and pain relief and clarity of mind that stays. She often gives profound yoga philosophy ponderings and easily brings everyone out of their own heads and right into the here and now and levels up. She is magic.
