The only thing that was missing IMO was a cold washcloth to the class especially since it was quite hot and sweaty.

By the second half of the class, I was spending as much energy fighting the cold as I was practicing. I know the AC may not be easy to control, but it honestly felt like the cold was creeping into every cell of my body. Other than that, the class was excellent! 😊
