All the instructors have something special to give their yogis and Laura’s classes make you feel like you’ve gone somewhere beautiful and challenging for awhile and it’s refreshing every time.

After going over the type of pain I was having and where I felt it in my shoulder, Caleb helped pinpoint the sources of pain and released tension in spots that have not been worked through deeply before. Very relaxing along with there being soft and supportive communication. Would highly recommend.
