Se alle anmeldelseneDonny's class is unlike any other. I enter the class person and leave another. It's an hour-long deep meditation set to a beautifuly curated, trance-like but rhythmic playlist. He gives intentional and detailed coaching throughout, keeping our attention on our breath and reminding of micro adjustments for each pose. You can feel that he is totally present and genuinely wants to share this with his community. He has a true gift. After three weeks of traveling and practicing yoga elsewhere, I am so glad to be back to Asteya and in particular Donny's class. Nothing compares.

I did a cryofacial, celluma LED face therapy, and full body red light therapy. The cryofacial felt incredible, immediately after I felt less puffy. It was a perfect mixture of deep tissue and a relaxing Swedish massage. Yes, the masseuse did get on the bottom of the table towards my feet, which I did not find uncomfortable at all. It helped her get a better angle on my lower back and my thighs. Anybody who has ever gotten an authentic Thai massage would appreciate that. The service included everything that was promised. It was a full body massage including a face massage, scalp massage, full back massage, front arms and legs, hot rocks, a foot scrub, and even a leg and arm stretch at the end. I was so impressed and I am ready to go back.

I loved how she spent time before the massage asking about what was going on with my body and was so knowledgeable. She was able to clearly explain the connection between a few issues I’ve been experiencing and afterwards she gave me some great “at home” work I can do.
