He has a keen ability to bring the class his students back to the breath, to drop inside, and to be present. His sequences are also challenging so you get a good physical workout along with the mental workout, and he always flows to a great playlist which makes the fly by like a dance. I always leave refreshed and ready to take on the world after Donny's class!

Se alle anmeldelseneCariassa’s class was one of my favorite classes I’ve taken in a very long time! I used to be a regular at pilates republic, but have recently been taking classes at other studios. Today was my first time back at Pilates Republic in a while, and Carissa reminded me of why I fell in love with this studio in the first place! Carissa explained everything perfectly and always made sure to emphasize how we should be breathing with the exercises which I love. She radiates so much positive energy, and I look forward to taking classes with her more often:)

Se alle anmeldelseneIt was nice to good to a class that was more about the exercise than the loud music. The class was challenging, and I appreciated that the atmosphere was better than what I’ve experienced in the many crazy loud yoga studios.

Se alle anmeldelseneLoved her class, I love that this class focuses more on form and not speed. Totally built up a sweat, and music wasn’t crazy loud. The only con I have is their signature scent that is pumped into the lobby, and their hand wash. I’m sure it’s franchise policy, but with taking care of yourself and exercising and then having to inhale a synthetic scent when you walk in is kind of a bummer. But I will be back, instructor was excellent and people were very nice. I just won’t breathe when I walk in. 😊

Se alle anmeldelseneAwesome class but SO LOUD! Especially with clientele (skewing towards 'mature' speakers can be at a more reasonable volume and still provide tons of good energy!) Kids in the childcare area complained as well. Earplugs would slip off (too much sweating and jumping around) so better just to have speakers at a safe volume. Otherwise amazing as usual!

Se alle anmeldelseneTeacher was friendly, fun, and enthusiastic. Class was an interesting combination of yoga, HIIT, and cardio with simple steps/routines. Good for all levels. Music was excellent too, with a pro-quality QSC sound system (impressive!) Had a great time.
