I had a great time draining today and received a tremendous amount of personal attention for improving my form. As a stiff beginner, it’s tough moving your legs smoothly and training muay thai, but I’m really happy Maz helped me step out of my comfort zone. Always nice to pet the friendly dogs that hang out here too.
