This being my first time doing pilates, I did not feel like I was lacking any of the skills to be able to do the exercises, rather she corrected my form encouragingly when needed. Her simple acts of guidance helped me find the spots where I could release tension and feel the ‘pilates burn’. I am looking forward to future sessions! :)

The instructor is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and honestly one of the most experienced Pilates instructors I’ve ever trained with.
