    The room setting was ideal. The instructor considered the expectations of regular attendees and set the mats out in the same way as usual for that class. The lighting was perfect - light enough to clearly see the instructor from any mat but dark enough so you did not feel self-conscious facing half the class. The pace was great. The sequence made sense and each pose led on well to the next I felt. There was an easier and more challenging option for each pose, which was enough choice. I felt that individual needs were met without putting anyone on the spot.

    Charles’ was great. Good energy and the room was set up well. Enjoyed the playlist too. I was at the back of the room today and it felt quite cold but that could have just been where my mat was situated.

    Amanda was an amazing instructor! All different levels which she accommodated for. She spent time with all of us showing us how to correctly perform movements. She was also lovely and incredibly positive and smiley x
