I think I would’ve preferred some hands-on adjustments just to ensure that exercises were performed correctly but that’s not everyone’s style :) would come again!

Se alle anmeldelseneAn excellent Chi Pilates class with Jackie Sharp. She is a talented teacher who provided a range of modifications to make each exercise as hard as you wanted to make it. I loved how she explained the relevance of each exercise. I felt great by the end!

Se alle anmeldelseneBeautiful space! Friendly atmosphere. It feels like you’re transported away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Everything was clean and I was greeted so nicely. Miriam’s class was wonderful - such a soothing voice and her words were comforting. Her yin class was incredibly relaxing and she provided options to choose whether to make the poses more challenging or not. I will definitely be visiting again - thank you!

Se alle anmeldelseneThis class was very accessible and good for beginners. Katherine has good energy and explains things well. I wish there had been more options for making it more challenging, but I could have done that with heaviest weights if I had picked them. I would definitely go again.

Se alle anmeldelseneFrancis was lovely! We were running late and she went out of her way to helped us get set up even though she already started the class. It was definitely a killer workout. The headphones were a game changer for a spin class which gave you the extra push. The transition from spin to yoga was amazing as it helped with stretching the body and not to get sore after. Will be back for more and I highly recommend her class.

Se alle anmeldelseneEvery time I go to this studio it does feel a little cramped as so many people are fit into the room, but it is clearly this way because so many people love these classes. The instructors are extremely clear with their instructions so that you can follow along just by listening to them and don’t need to see the movements to follow along. Makes it easier to focus on just your own body and breathing and almost forget about the many people around you. Very comfortable and inclusive space.

Beginners would enjoy Nina's restorative class to get to know and be comfortable with the machine. The receptionist was sweet and patiently showed me their space, she also informed the instructor it was my first reformer class. They made sure to show me the adjustments I would need to change on the machine before class started. Body Harmonics felt closer to a physio clinic rather than a boutique type studio.

The flow of the class was gradual - working up to the hardest parts slowly, always with the option to make it slightly easier or more challenging if needed. A great way to start the day!

The location is easy to find, and it’s a fitness hub which is useful if you want a workout after classes or looking for other offerings. The class small and is nice since you have the balance of in-person & virtual attendees at the same time which was really cool. This studio is great if you’re looking to enhance your flexibility and motivation throughout the day, I could def see this being held outside as the instructor was high energy, and an amazing personality and great instructor to have. No pressure what level you’re at he was attentive for both newbies and regulars and provided assistance when needed and super encouraging and positive. Definitely looking forward to their Friday class that I was invited to come after my session!!

No knocks against the class just letting people know it’s not too much of a cardio workout. probably good if you are looking for more of a regular Pilates class with some a little bit of cardio. I wore my chest strap heart rate monitor and I was only out of zone 1 for 1 minute and 34 seconds. Average heart rate was 81 bpm.
