I enjoyed the class. Although it had some points where it went a little fast, I needed the challenge. I feel so much better the next day after getting all of those toxins out. I recommend taking David’s class if you want to be challenged in your practice and feel better.❤️‍🩹

Absolutely beautiful class and instructor. Needed this deeply. The only thing I haven't loved about the studio is that it's next door to Crash INC which is a wonderful organization that helps people with recovery/re-entry into the community but every time I come and have to pass there always happens to be men out front who try to speak with me. Definitely kills my zen mood lol
