Se alle anmeldelseneStill giving 5 stars because the class/instructor was great, but I wish something could be done about the 7.30pm hot classes being so stinky 😫 It's a combination of breath and sweat from the last few classes but by 7.30 its potent. Even if it cools down the room, it would be great to try to air it out or give it a spritz for the later sessions

Shan allows people to move through the poses in their own way and intuitively so. I cannot recommend her classes and her energy and the way she teaches enough.
