Se alle anmeldelseneEnjoyed this class very much. Perfect for winding down the evening. The flow was gentle yet challenging and Jenessia always offered modifications and was encouraging throughout. I loved the entire sound bath portion which was done with the main lights off leaving only the flickering of candlelight. The studio and staff have a lovely, welcoming energy. The studio was mostly full, but I did have an open space next to me. Parking is a little challenging, so I recommend leaving enough time to park and settle in comfortably. I would absolutely take it again.
