Se alle anmeldelseneI loved the instructor's energy and music helped a lot in matching the vibes, although it was tensed class considering the old injuries I have but I didn’t feel pain or anything during it and I was laughing and smiling at the instructor funny comments. I challenge myself sometimes to push my limits and do more and this class was definitely one of the classes that boosted my fitness level. I only have one suggestion for the instructor to be in the middle so we all can see her cuz my spot was near to the door and I had to pause and look over or copy the ones close to me. Thank you so much!

Joya was an incredible instructor. The way she explained every movement, combined with her calming tone of voice, made me forget how stiff I was and truly allow myself to sink into each stretch. The coach is genuinely the sweetest person ever, and her energy stays amazing throughout the entire 50-minute class. The music selection was incredible and made the whole experience so much fun. I would happily take this class with her again and again. Please keep doing Latin music and reggaeton classes because this one was AMAZING! I definitely need more classes like this. ✨

She created such a warm, positive and welcoming atmosphere, and I felt so comfortable throughout the class. I left feeling absolutely amazing and so glad I gave yoga a try. I had some trouble finding parking and unfortunately arrived late for my class, but the receptionist was incredibly understanding and helpful. She kindly moved me to the next class without making me feel uncomfortable or rushed, which I really appreciated. My instructor, Misk, was wonderful — so friendly, welcoming, patient, and professional. She made the class enjoyable and made me feel very comfortable throughout the session. Such a positive experience from start to finish. Amazing customer service and a lovely atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🤍✨

She was very attentive, helped correct postures throughout the session, and shared some of her own experiences, which made the class feel relatable and authentic. I also appreciated her honesty about how challenging yoga can be at times. The studio itself seemed nice, but I was surprised to find that there were no showers and not even a toilet available. As a first-time visitor, I also would have appreciated a brief tour or some basic information about the studio and how things work. Because of that, the overall experience didn’t feel particularly guest-focused and came across as a bit more commercial than community-oriented. That said, the quality of the class and instruction was strong, and Olga was definitely the highlight of the experience.
