However my only feedback would be that there was a lot of people recording themselves and even with tripods of which people were in the background of it. I don’t think this is appropriate for a hot yoga class it’s a massive invasion of privacy. This has put me off wanting to go back to this class

Se alle anmeldelseneI throughly enjoy Tuesday reformer with L. The classes are always varied in exercises. I sweat and feel nicely challenged. As an instructor she is super clear in instruction, checks and corrects form (in a nice way) and it’s just always a good atmosphere. Great for a work out and MH pick me up.

I will definitely be coming here every week and taking more classes with her, she really pays attention to you and makes sure you do the exercises right! it was supposed to be a class but im tbe only one there ❤️❤️

Instructor was super nice , I like how patients she was with us , she was very supportive ,allowing us time to learn the process . About the class room I fell if it was held in a brighter room could have been a fantastic experience over all. Later at the relaxing stage we can get the curtains down.
