Compact, no fuss, and built around a real sense of community. The focus is simply on a great ride and an even better workout. Dee and the reception team make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. It’s warm, genuine hospitality that makes the studio feel familiar, even on your first visit. We rode with Paul and Elian, and both classes were outstanding. Great energy, well-paced, and clearly planned from start to finish. Parking was easy, the studio was beautiful, and the facilities and amenities were spotless and top-notch. A huge shoutout to Coach Adam! As it was my very first Rhythm Ride class, I was a little nervous, but Adam was incredibly welcoming, patient, and encouraging. He took the time to explain everything, made sure I was set up correctly, and guided me throughout the class, which made me feel comfortable and confident from start to finish. The 45-minute Rhythm Ride was so much fun! It was the perfect mix of energy, great music, and an amazing workout. I left drenched in sweat but with the biggest smile on my face. The bikes were easy to use, and Adam’s coaching made the entire experience enjoyable and motivating. If you’ve been thinking about trying CRANK—especially if you’re a beginner—don’t hesitate. I couldn’t have asked for a better first class, and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Adam, for making my first ride such a memorable one!

It was challenging in the best way. Even though some of the movements required really complex coordination and were difficult to pull off, Keris explained everything so clearly and took the time to make corrections whenever necessary. The music was incredible, the lighting was incredible, and the whole atmosphere made the experience even better. Overall, a super Pilates class and a genuinely great experience.
