I feel the people in the class support each other! It’s was amazing experience! I will give you one suggestion after the class end I was wanted to stay little bit at the balcony and some one from India staff he come to me start to tell me like you can’t stay there and he grab my staff he might be don’t know it’s my staff I was keep my water and some other staff this is okay but I don’t want any staff come to me and tell me what I have to do when I pay money for the class, I was feeling very hot so I need stay 5 miners on the balcony. It’s will be really appreciate if you tell that Indian guy don’t put me rules what to do and don’t touch personal staff while I m here on same room. Overall the class was amazing! And the atmosphere are fantastic! I really enjoyed the teacher and the people in the class this place always welcomed to everyone and I been there two times I really enjoyed! I will be back again! Atmosphere amazing the teachers really nice they ar every generous they have some staff for boxing and they share it to me it’s was very kind. I will be give 5 start to this place 💕

It's disappointing to book a class specifically with a particular trainer and then arrive to find someone else leading it without any prior notice. A notification would help manage expectations and allow members to decide whether they still want to attend.

It’s like getting an amazing massage, but from the inside too (I know that sounds odd, tough to describe) We did lots of twists that gently work the inner organs, which is incredibly beneficial. Shivam is great🙂↕️ He’s supportive, attentive, and strict at the same time, which works really well for me. He never lets me quit or give up before I’ve at least tried to get one step closer to the pose. And if something isn’t accessible yet, he always offers a few variations depending on your level.

The reformer carriage was squeaking and didn’t move smoothly, which affected the overall experience. The leather on the carriage was also visibly worn and damaged, and the cleanliness of the studio seemed like an area for improvement. Unfortunately, because of these issues, I don’t think I’ll be returning.
