She explained every movement clearly, paid close attention to our posture and alignment, and her calm, soothing voice made it so easy to follow along. She created such a comfortable and encouraging atmosphere. I really enjoyed the class and would definitely book with her again. Highly recommended!

The instructor was nice, and she made sure to respect everyone’s needs in the class, from beginners, to those with injuries to more advanced students. She walked around the whole time helping with adjustments and corrections, which I really appreciated as a beginner. I felt she was motivating but did not push us too far.

The reformer carriage was squeaking and didn’t move smoothly, which affected the overall experience. The leather on the carriage was also visibly worn and damaged, and the cleanliness of the studio seemed like an area for improvement. Unfortunately, because of these issues, I don’t think I’ll be returning.
