Bailey helped me a lot with corrections to relieve the tension in my back. It was great after a long week of sitting at a desk. I will definitely be going again.

There were only 2 of us in the class so it felt very intimate and the instructor was extremely helpful with correcting form and encouraging me to push myself. I also just loved the vibe of the studio, it was very clean and I felt very calm in the space. I’d definitely come back to this class!

Very inclusive, non-judgmental environment which made me feel less nervous. This particular class was very chill and good for beginners. Hayley was a great instructor and I will definitely be back!
