The workout was fun and circuit style. The trainer helped with form and was encouraging. I liked how there were no specific repetitions so that I could pace myself based on my ability and keep up with the same sets per activity.

Though it was my first time, I could tell that the community was really supportive and helpful. As someone that works out in the mornings before work, I also really appreciate that the location has showers/big bathrooms to change in before heading to work. Thanks for a great experience!

Gave me intro, some tips on equipment and form, reminded me to breathe which is very important for HIIT intensity. Most HIIT are 45 min so hour was intimidating, but it ended up flying by! Best class I’ve been to so far and would go again!

Se alle anmeldelseneI absolutely loved this class! I’ve taken boxing classes at other studios around Nashville and the studio was by far my favorite. Anthony was a fantastic instructor. He had the perfect amount of energy to motivate people on an early Thursday morning. He was encouraging and he pushed us to do our best. The music was upbeat and Anthony did a great job, making sure the space was welcoming to people who had never boxed before. I appreciated that they explained all of the punches before the class. Even even though I’ve been to boxing classes before, nobody has actually explained the punches before. Overall, I had a great experience, and will definitely be coming back!
