Se alle anmeldelseneRelaxing atmosphere and great instructor. I’ve been sore and tight due to a number of things but I definitely feel way more limber and relaxed afterwards! I would say if you’ve never ever taken a yoga class it might be helpful to at least watch a yoga video on YouTube prior to taking this class, but you can also just observe and try to replicate what’s she’s doing-even if you don’t know the names of poses!

Se alle anmeldelseneMy first time was great. I was rushing from work and was able to make it but I missed the instruction at the beginning. Wish the instructor seemed like she was checking on us for correct posture or moves. But she was pretty good. I’d def go again
