I went back for a second round today and plan on making it part of my routine. Lily was also really supportive. For my fitness goals, I find this to be a great workout.

It’s like a bunch of unresponsive zombies! His creativity & variety really mixes things up to make it a well rounded workout & not so many repetitions nauseum! REALLY wish we could go back to the 60 minute classes because 50 minutes are really not enough for me…

Se alle anmeldelseneFrank is the best Hi-Def instructor hands down. I’ve down them all with each trainer. He’s knowledgeable, he’s tough, he’s FUN, he gives you modifications when needed. Tough but so encouraging & inspiring. You can tell he loves what he does. I did Nelson’s last week, what a joke. He thinks he’s so funny, but he’s not. Don’t let a full, big class fool you. The workout was just ok. Not here for clout. All the others just seem to have egos for the following, but frank is real, consistent, and just the best! Quality over quantity always! 🙏🏾🙌🏽💕
