Good number of cardio machines including a rowing machine. Weights area offers free weights and systems. Locker room stocked with plush robes and large towels. The steam room timer is a bit quick but the heat is good. Showers are spacious and all toiletries are available.

She commanded the room like a benevolent drill sergeant with a great playlist and precise instructions that left no muscle un‑torched.Her voice projection? Olympic level. Her organization? NASA‑grade. Her music‑to‑movement sync? Honestly suspicious — like she has a secret DJ booth hidden behind the mirrors. It’s a 45‑minute class, but 40 of those minutes had my heart rate auditioning for Cirque du Soleil. I sweat so much I’m pretty sure I briefly achieved enlightenment.Victoria is a powerhouse. Tiny. Mighty. Possibly forged in a volcano. 10/10 would sweat buckets again.
