Se alle anmeldelseneIt was a great class with great music! It keeps your heart rate up and allows you to release any pent up energy. You feel very accomplished at the end. There is more running and stairs then I expected so know that going in.

Se alle anmeldelseneI am so glad I found this space! Lindsey’s postnatal class was very welcoming and inclusive. I wasn’t sure what to expect with bringing my baby, but it’s nice to find a space where everything was accepted. My little one cried and I was able to tend to her, and I still got to practice movement. So grateful this studio exists and I found it during my postpartum phase!
