Se alle anmeldelseneFuse Fitness absolutely delivered today. It was “Feeling Good Friday,” and while it was a cardio day, it wasn’t cardio in the traditional sense. The class mixed battle ropes, high-rep weighted movements, rowing, and strength training in a way that kept things dynamic and engaging the entire time. I stayed motivated, never felt bored, and walked out feeling genuinely accomplished. Coach Dakota is fantastic. He explains each movement clearly, keeps the energy up, and has a very welcoming, friendly presence that makes the class feel accessible and encouraging for everyone. Fuse Fitness truly feels like a community, not just a gym. I really enjoyed the class and will definitely be back.
