The treadmills are seriously impressive, very high-tech and a little intimidating when you first see them! 😂 But once you get going, they are amazing. I absolutely loved every second of the class and will definitely be back!

The movements pushed me in the best way, but still felt intentional and controlled rather than overwhelming. Andrea was an excellent coach — he kept the energy high, gave clear guidance, and made sure everyone felt encouraged and motivated throughout the class.

She doesn’t just guide you through the poses, she explains the how and why behind the practice, which makes the whole experience more meaningful. Now I understand why people fall in love with yoga. For 90 minutes, my mind was completely quiet. No work, no overthinking, no mental noise. Just breathing, movement, and being present. I walked out feeling physically challenged but mentally lighter. She has a yoga approach (before and after the session) and she’s not a “bossy” instructor. The matcha / coffee area is great too, with multiple options and great drinks. Shivanshi somehow makes you do more without pushing you too much, which I really appreciated. There were only two of us in the class, so it felt almost like a private session with plenty of attention. Nice atmosphere, good location, and great facilities. Definitely a different kind of challenge from reformer, and I loved it!
