A very quick overview of each exercise is given at the beginning and it’s a little intimidating but they are there to help you through each thing. They put together a very challenging but rewarding circuit for the bootcamp. High energy and fun environment. Manageable class size which helps keep everyone moving - helping each other but also focused on their own tasks. The gym itself is great - clean, nice equipment, good layout. Will return!

The flow was great, deep long stretches and it felt so much longer than an hour. 10/10 I will also recommend this studio for a good start or continuation of practice.
