I’m just getting back into yoga again after recovering from surgery and this class was a perfect way to reconnect with my breath work and stretch my body without overextending myself. The class was very cozy and peaceful. I’ll be coming back again!

The instructor was clearly very knowledgeable but did go through things very quickly. so just be aware of this beforehand! That being said, I will likely be back since I feel like it will push me, but it is fast-paced and assumes some dance knowledge beforehand like positions etc.
