The Bodied classes are admittedly very difficult, but the instructors are great about offering modifications, and being incredibly supportive and encouraging no matter how you are able to show up!! so much love for them ❤️

She led a super creative flow with the best music , shared helpful cues and ways to modify our practice, and gave us plenty of time to breathe into each transition. You won’t find a better teacher in Denver. 100/10!

The instructor was clearly very knowledgeable but did go through things very quickly. so just be aware of this beforehand! That being said, I will likely be back since I feel like it will push me, but it is fast-paced and assumes some dance knowledge beforehand like positions etc.

I look forward to diving deeper into belly dancing. I’ve done samba for a while but I was still completely challenged. I love the drills she does and the stretching at the end.
