Se alle anmeldelseneDer Kurs hat Spaß gemacht & war sehr anstrengend. Die Trainerin hat mündlich sehr gut angeleitet, aber nicht aktiv korrigiert. Für alle die Pilates schon kennen und nach mehr Burn suchen, ist das genau das richtige, für Anfänger nicht. Die Matten sind etwas dicht aneinander und beim rausgehen steht man sich im Weg, da alle im Eingang die Schuhe anziehen und an ihre Spinde wollen.
