Se alle anmeldelseneJessica is the best. She’s a natural and her energy is so motivating. Her workouts are so fun, you hardly the time go by. I love the intentions she sets at the beginning. And her playlists always relate to whatever’s currently going on (eg. gloomy weather, superbowl). Best of all, my body feels super tight right after the workout and I instantly felt relief from the back pain from my slipped disc!

Se alle anmeldelseneIt’s been a few years since I took a barre class and I was worried about my goofy and awkward self. I felt very welcome and safe in this studio. Everyone was kind and focused. The instructor encouraged breaks and offered modifications. I’ll definitely be back!
