The workout was a moderate level of challenge for myself as I regularly do reformer, but it appeared to be difficult for those that are closer to beginner level. I think the class would have been improved if we were given options for different spring load tensions for those that wanted to increase or decrease the level of challenge from the norm. I know we can do it ourselves but it would be nice to be given the option from our instructor.

Usually group fitness classes at other gyms are too easy and do very little for a person accustomed to being active, his do not, while remaining accessible to people who perhaps are not as far along on their fitness journeys. I felt very welcome and appreciate that he gives an easy, medium, challenging option for almost all the movements. 5 ⭐️ all the way.
