I always leave feeling stronger and more accomplished. Plus, her energy is so upbeat and positive, it makes the whole class fly by. Carrie’s is fab, and this is hands down my favorite reformer class!

see all reviewsWOW Shawn’s energy is calming yet motivating and this class is wonderful. It begins with a challenging uptempo (but not toooo hard) yoga flow to warm up and then incorporates the resistance band for some seated pilates style exercises. 3 lb weights were used for squats/upper body combo movements. Such a balanced workout that pushed without burning out—left feeling so restored! The room is about 80-85 degrees so not too hot, and the ambiance with the candles is amazing. This has to be cutest studio I’ve been to :)
