Was told $10 for both hands for extensions but when there, lady wanted $20 for both hands and then came down to $10 for 3 fingers until I told her what I was told on the phone. Tried to up-charge as usual but honestly find it tiring that it’s different pricing for every person. Won’t be returning or recommending to anyone in the area.

However, I spoke to the manager at the front desk and showed her my nails. She apologized and said I could come back, and they would fix it. I appreciated her willingness to make it right. Even though I had a not so great visit, the customer service was excellent. Thank you!

I’m sad I didn’t get my lady’s name but she was so detail oriented and the massage felt amazing. Truly one of the best nail experiences I’ve ever had!! I feel like I understand my hair better than I ever have, and she really went in depth explaining what I could be doing better, giving me a tour of the area, and asking great questions about the products I’m using, etc. I will absolutely be returning here!!!
