Even when the workout is kicking your butt, her encouragement, energy, and coaching make you want to keep going. And the playlist? Straight fire every single class. She regularly checks form and technique, offers corrections, and even works one-on-one holding the mitts so you can practice your punches. As a lefty with a natural southpaw stance, I especially appreciated that she took the time during both classes I’ve attended with her to help me adjust my technique accordingly. The space was clean, welcoming, and motivating, and the workout was both challenging and fun. I’d definitely take another class with Gabby!

Se alle anmeldelseneThe instructor was nice and made small talk so everyone would feel comfortable. She offered props such as yoga blocks, bands, and cushions for the yoga mats. The music was a “Guitar spa” so it sounded like acoustic guitar which was relaxing. She offered modifications and advancements for each pose to suit everyone’s level. My only suggestion would be to let everyone know what type of yoga it is. I asked at the end and she called it “Slow flow” which I’m not familiar with.
