Se alle anmeldelseneThis classic class with Stephanie was fun and invigorating. The studio was welcoming, checking on my familiarity with Barre and any physical restrictions I may have had. Stephanie led the class with confidence and was aware of all of the members in class as she both instructed and assisted in form adjustments with ease. I left the class feeling a stronger mind body connection and dare I say, more balanced?! Awesome class.

Se alle anmeldelseneI loved the energy of this place. The staff and people were super helpful and supportive. The music got me super excited and into the workout. And the exercises were quick with lots of good variety. I can say it kicked my butt, but in a good way. I’d definitely recommend this place to a friend. 5 out of 5 stars.

Se alle anmeldelseneI’ve taken a Yin class with Andrea three weeks ago and enjoyed that class. This class was similar in its pace but I enjoyed the introductory talk on the yoga sutras and the philosophy behind yoga before diving in. Andrea’s cues are also very succinct and clear which marks her deep knowledge and experience in the practice. Will be coming back again.
