There are both newish (me) folks and people who have are fairly experienced - it’s like a group training class, he gives great cues and tips and keeps an eye on form. I really feel myself improving every time!

Se alle anmeldelseneThis was my first ever boxing class. Class was about 10-12 people with mixed experience. Once we started doing boxing exercises (after warming up), the instructor pulled the newbies and showed us the basics (jab, cross, hook) and stances which was nice so we could at least get a foundation. Definitely a good start and will definitely continue showing up.
