There’s a mother daughter (I think) pair that have been in several classes I’ve been in that just completely ignore any and all instruction (riding up out the saddle the whole time, completely out of sync with the music at the same speed for every song), and they were on the side bar right in front of me when I was in the corner of the room, and it was SO distracting. Also multiple people with phones on their bikes with staff helping them set up and saying nothing, and Apple Watches lighting up constantly!!

Well thought through class with lots of full body movement, focus on core and changes to what we were doing (rather than the same repetitive movements on one body part 🥱). The entire class was wobbling and shaking by the end!! 😂 Amber was really personable and positive.

But there is a bit of a culture of having your phones next to you in classes here, which I don’t really support in a yoga/meditation studio. This is a space to switch off and detach yourself from tech. There are little lockers with keys in reception where people can lock them away, I think they should be encouraged to be used more!

Se alle anmeldelseneAnisha was very good at guiding us through breathing and the vinayasas. It was relaxing as well as strength building class that was just what I needed after work. The gym environment is a bit loud for my liking with music blaring even in the changing rooms. Especially after a yoga class it is nice to relax but this is personal preference. Sauna is good although should be warmer but it was still a treat after the class.
