Se alle anmeldelseneAthena is a great instructor! Her energy is perfectly present, she articulates the words and times her words so it is so calming. I had one of the best classes today and it was because Athena’s natural calm energy allowed me to stay in the present. 10/10!

Se alle anmeldelseneMy only feedback for all the instructors at this studio is that I wish there was more (verbal) quiet. It’s really hard to focus on balancing when it’s 110 and the teacher sounds like a carnival game announcer. It’s not a huge thing, but I would enjoy some more internal/external peace during hard balancing pos s if the instructor would just decide to be quiet for those few minutes. The music is always great, fun to practice too. The skeleton sequence they use in every class is pretty standard and easy to attain. All together I feel good when I leave these classes.

Se alle anmeldelseneClean and cute studio. Good parking. The desk clerks were kinda stand-offish and just slightly helpful for a newbie at the studio. The instructor Wei is enthusiastic, really fast, and strong. I sweated a BUNCH in the HIIT hot yoga class. Great thing is that you’re not pressured to push yourself if it gets too intense.
