Lauren is very friendly and warm as an instructor as well. Bummed classpass users only get to take 2 classes. It would also be helpful to add more instruction on check in process.

I liked how Katrina used the tv and walked around with a book showing diagrams of the various pressure points, explaining their purposes. She provided guidance and came to help everyone make adjustments, but also let us move in our own ways to ensure we were getting what we needed. This was not a “relaxing” class for me, but more like “deep tissue” sports recovery where it’s almost painful working the pressure points, but I felt 10x better after. I haven’t seen other classes like this and think it’s a great offering.

Because of the smaller nature of the class, Bri and Teran had plenty of time to correct form if needed, provide modifications, and increase my intensity.
