Shannon did a lovely job explaining how everything would run, stayed nearby all the stations to make sure i was comfortable doing what was on the screen and then there was also a coach on the floor to assist with form and regressions (i am four months post partum), and both were super helpful the entire time. They have a close community who motivate you and the workout was varied yet felt very efficient/effective. A very authentic, positive environment and looking forward to coming back.

Se alle anmeldelseneThis class was awesome! It’s definitely not for the faint of heart but you can go at your own pace if needs be! Such a good HIIT workout! Instructors Kim and Jason were very nice and helpful! Also got to enjoy a little guided stretch at the end to get our heart rates back down:)

The class was like a fusion of sound meditation and gentle stretches. She came around and made sure evrruone was comfortable and in the correct positions. I am excited to try out the other classes!

Se alle anmeldelseneSusan personality is infectious! She plays a lot of Latin music mixed with some hip-hop some throwback mixes and everyone in there is sweating and having a good time. It's a no judgement zone and there are people of all ages. Most of the choreo is easy to follow and if you are a first timer as long as you are moving you will pick it up. or just put your own flavor to it as it feels more like a dance class than a traditional Zumba class.
