Se alle anmeldelseneIt’s a little unclear by the description but at least today, this was a yoga-flow based class with strength work added in to some postures through wrist/ankle weights and light band weights. I was worried by the mentions of “cardio” that it would be burpees and mountain climbers, but it’s really just getting your heart rate up through dynamic movements in asana. We had a nice long sun-salutation warm-up before getting into things, and a gentle cool downn on the other side, so this was a great way to get moving on a slow Sunday. Felt awake rather than wrecked at the end. Leah’s energy is really supportive and the studio is very clean and aesthetic. I’ll definitely come back — the only thing is parking is a challenge as it’s on a busy stretch of Coral Way and you have to find street parking. It could be tough during rush hour, but on the weekends it’s fine!

When you arrive nobody receives you, there was really no explanation of anything (the coach tried his best to explain to me but he had like 20 more people to attend so it was too quick). Some points to improve:1. no dogs should be allowed on the class, there was a poor puppy crying for 2 hours tied to the gate. 2.
