Se alle anmeldelseneI absolutely love this class. The instructor was welcoming and gave clear cues throughout the class. The format of the class was spicy yet achievable for me as a novice. Definitely want to come back here with her!

Se alle anmeldelseneWords from the wise…..If you can keep up, that’s goal. Rachel raises the bar so high & keeps you wanting to get there. Dont feel bad. She motivates you & puts you out there. Your only competition is yourself so keep going & you will get there. Once you do it’s so satisfying. Rachel is a beast! Yeah ! but sooo exhilarating & that’s what these classes are for. Adrenaline rush FR

Se alle anmeldelseneSuch a great way to start my morning! Vicky, Daniela, and Allison were all so welcoming, sweet, and positive. They made sure everyone was comfortable on their bikes and the cues, energy, and playlist were amazing. I drove all the way from Fort Lauderdale and would absolutely come more often if I lived closer, but I’ll definitely be making the trek back again!

Se alle anmeldelseneRey was absolutely amazing! I’m a very beginner level dancer, i’m pretty stiff LOL and she truly made me feel safe and even confident enough to try something that i knew i wasn’t good at! she really pushed me to my limits and really believed in my physical strength and potential! I’d love to take this class again 💗
