Instruktøren var virkelig dygtig og gav en balance imellem guidance og frirum for justeringer efter eget behov. Dejligt, at der var variation iblandt deltagende, der gav en følelse af, at alle er velkommen. Også dejligt, at man kunne låne alt udstyr og hjælpsomme mennesker omkring, når man er ny til stedet!

Se alle anmeldelseneLily was an amazing instructor! She coordinated the workout perfectly with the music, and always told us what to expect: if something faster or slower or harder is coming. She offered different variations of an exercise for more beginners or advanced people. The class was clearly well planned ahead, she didn’t just come up with it in the moment, which was so reassuring because I experienced in other classes that the teachers were like: “oook, what should we do now…”. I will definitely return to this class!
