Se alle anmeldelseneI will say that this class can be a little tough for ultra beginners but if you’re someone who likes to push yourself I’d absolutely recommend this class! The teacher was lovely and I was able to challenge myself, but I never felt pressured to hold a pose or something if I needed rest. Great teacher, relaxed vibe - all you could ask for in a gentle vinyasa class!!

They have small bottles of water, which was really nice because I left my water bottle in my car and didn’t have time to get it. It was also such a good workout — not too sweaty but intense — I know I’m going to be so sore tomorrow. I’m only in town for a week, but I will definitely be booking another class before I leave!
