Se alle anmeldelseneThis was my first time doing a type of workout class like F54. I did the 9am class on Sunday with TJ and Angelica. It was an amazing workout! Challenging but doable. The coaches were AMAZING! They were so encouraging, focusing on correcting form and showing different adaptations as need be. Angelica took her time to explain the layout of the class and made sure to keep checking in with me throughout knowing it was my first time which was beyond appreciated. TJ was so energetic and motivational throughout! I loved the pace and feel so strong afterwards. Definitely will be coming back!
