The whole vibe of Psycle is so genuine and accepting, willing to adapt to any mobility needs. I will definitely be going back :)

Se alle anmeldelsenebrienna pruce was subbing in today and WOW might i say for a 30 min class, i felt like we stretched all the right places. this class was less focused on power poses and more focused on stretching areas that don't get enough attention. i thought she was incredibly knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the movements and how they improve mobility. 10/10 will be back.

I never felt like I wasn’t sure what was going on or what move we were doing next. Her instructions were clear the entire class and I felt amazing afterwards. Very glad I took this class with her and hope to find her again at this studio!

It was a good balance!! It was a great workout and it was such a welcoming group of people who were there and I can absolutely see myself being a part of that workout community!!! I would 100% recommend going to a session here!!!
