The energy is unmatched, and you immediately feel comfortable and included. What makes this studio even more special is that it’s Black- and women-owned, led by the incredible instructor and studio owner, Sha Run. Her passion, talent, and dedication truly shine through in every class, and she creates such an empowering and supportive environment for everyone. The instruction is top-tier—patient, engaging, and perfect for all skill levels. You can tell there’s so much care put into every detail of the experience.
