Even if you get to the studio 5 minutes early you’re going to be forced to ask people to move to make room for your mat which is just not a great experience and is something that could be avoided.

Mike, the instructor, was very attentive - he encouraged us to go hard, to be safe, and to challenge ourselves. Additionally, he listened to us when we were experiencing pain or discomfort and offered great modifications to the movement. Overall great experience and cannot wait to return again!

Se alle anmeldelseneFirst time at WRK and it was awesome. It has a great set up, I liked that it’s not so big where you hardly see the coach. WRK has a small group training feel and Merle was a great coach. Everyone there was super welcoming and friendly. I’m displaced right now from hurricanes and I’m glad I found a great gym. Much needed right now!
